Author Cheryl Shireman has drawn a very complicated man, one I wanted to like and did, but every once in awhile I wanted to throttle him. Shireman is brilliant at breathing life into complex beings with good hearts. I enjoyed Sally reactions to her husband's metamorphosis. What wife wouldn't wonder at the sudden change in her husband? I found myself thinking of Noah's wife as he built the arc. I wondered when Cooper would turn into an Elmer Gantry type. No spoilers here. The supporting characters step from the page adding just the right amount of sauce and spice to Cooper Moon's reinvention. Great start to what should be an intriguing series. Very unique. Highly recommended."
