She Speaks to Angels: Kindle Book of the Day 8/1

Move over vampires, angels are taking over the paranormal genre. And it's about time too, because the way that they resonate emotion and take on a larger meaning in a story is unmistakable. Take She Speaks to Angels by Ami Blackwelder for example. Allison Maney's chemistry doesn't just happen in class. She gets involved with an attractive group that has a few dangerous secrets up their sleeves. Find out what happens next!

Name: She Speaks to Angels
Rating: 3.7 stars over 33 reviews
Price: 2.99
Description: What if everything you believed was a lie?

A Suicide

Seventeen year old Allison Maney attends Millennium High School in Manhattan. Nothing out of the ordinary, unless you consider the occasional suicides at the school. At least that is what everyone is told, what everyone believes. But Tommy Bachelor was a popular football player; why would he jump off the roof of the school?

Dangerous Liaisons

When Dameon pays attention to Ali, she couldn't be more excited, because for the past three months he was all she could think about. But now that Dameon is finally pining for her affections, she is becoming more and more wrapped up in a clique of three who, as new transfers to the school, are proving to be trouble. But at least Dameon loves her, doesn't he?

A Soul Purpose

The underworld of angels and demons have one thing on their mind: Earth. Demons want to do what they want. Angels want to protect humans from these rogue angels, AKA: Demons

Reviews: "As a huge fan of the paranormal and such I really did enjoy this book. The author has a remarkable talent in writting and it is not hard to tell. Even though I can't really liked the book and can't wait to read the next one, there are some things I didn't like about it. Aly as a main character didn't quite capture me and at time even annoyed me, and how things progressed didn't sit rather well with me as I thought they happened too soon. I believe the book would have been so much better if it was longer so that things had enough time to progress without seeming hurried. Overall though the book was a fun read and I definitely will try to read the sequel."
