The Fire is expected to sell 12 million units this year, and we're glad to add one more to the pot. We've personally heard from thousands and thousands of happy Fire users on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, and we're hoping to bolster those numbers as well.
If you're a new visitor to us, let me tell you a little bit about what we do. The Kindle Fire Department's goal is to bring people the best deals for their Kindle Fire. We feature daily book deals, cheap and free apps, news and Amazon Specials, and tips and tricks for the device that you won't find anywhere else!
The contest will run for two weeks (end: 1/17), and in that time you'll get to see a lot of the great functions we get to use and apps we get to play with. Although we hope to give a Fire to you, if it doesn't work out that way, visit our Thinking About the Fire? section for details on how and why you should still get in on the fun!
A few words about how the contest works: I've chosen Rafflecopter to facilitate this contest for a few reasons. Whether you sign in with Facebook or name/email, your personal information is safe. It also allows bonus entries for a number of actions you can take, from liking our Facebook and adding us on Twitter to posting about us on Facebook or web forums to telling a friend. Some of these actions can be done every day, and we may add more options throughout the contest.
